Because we work with dropshipping logistics, returns must follow strict guidelines to ensure proper processing.

Eligibility for Returns

A return may be approved only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged or incorrect

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Return Authorization

Before sending any item back, you must request authorization through our support channel.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, return costs may be covered.

  • If the return is due to personal preference, change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Verification and Approval

Once the returned item is inspected, you will be notified whether the return was approved or denied.
