At Evelinne, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction, even though we work with dropshipping logistics. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be approved.
General Conditions

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, in original condition and with all components intact.

We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
If the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After verification, you may receive a refund or a replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be approved in cases such as:

Orders with wrong address provided by the customer

Products damaged by misuse

Delays caused by courier or customs, as these are outside our control

Minor variations in color, size or packaging caused by manufacturing or screen display differences
Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of payment.

After processing by the supplier, cancellation is no longer possible.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:

It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to be returned to your original payment method, depending on bank or card issuer.
